In order to plan financially for the necessary rehabilitation and replacement of aging District facilities, the District hired DOWL Engineering to complete Water and Sewer Master Plans. The recommendations included in these reports will be used to develop a financial plan for implementation. As you review these documents, please keep in mind that the recommended schedule, and associated costs, would come at a cost that is very high. The Board of Directors will be reviewing options to spread these costs out in developing their financial plan. Please review upcoming agendas and Board packets for further information.
