Ordinances

The Board of Directors has adopted Ordinance 18.01 establishing the rules and procedures for the administrative, utility and land use functions of the District. The Code is divided into four Chapters; 1) General, 2) Water Service, 3) Sanitary Sewer Service and 4) Use of District Property. The Ordinance will be updated as necessary; the most recent amendment was October 12, 2018.
